With more than 25 years of healthcare leadership experience, Nadege Donaldson is a licensed nurse, healthcare consultant, and certified investigator specializing in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and healthcare operations. Her background includes clinical nursing, care coordination, infection prevention, incident investigations, and management across acute care, long-term care, assisted living, and home health settings. She is committed to helping healthcare organizations strengthen operations, improve patient outcomes, and provide safe, high-quality, person-centered care.

Linda Otinga is a dedicated registered nurse and healthcare leader with a passion for compassionate patient care, leadership, and community service. My name is Jenifer Baker. I have been a registered nurse since 2006. I began working on a medical/surgical unit at a local hospital and then moved on to working in surgical services as a pre-op nurse. After our fourth child, I took some time to raise my family. In my free time, I enjoy walking with my two dogs, spending time on any beach, reading and spending time with family. I look forward to this new chapter.
